Sweden. Turkey. England.

Growing up between Sweden, Turkey and England has shaped who I am and how I see the world, and being connected to three different cultures has influenced pretty much every part of my life, from the food and language to the art and design I gravitate towards.

I was also raised in a pretty creative household since both of my parents are artists and music was always a big part of my childhood. Being surrounded by so many different forms of creativity and culture from a young age gave me a pretty broad and eclectic sense of taste, and it still inspires my work today.

I study at Hyper Island, and outside of school I've spent a lot of time working in restaurants, which taught me how to move fast, work under pressure and actually deal with people. That's probably where a lot of my energy and my love for working with people actually comes from, since you can't get through a shift like that without learning to work well with whoever's around you.

Right now I'm looking for an internship so I can keep building on this and actually work on real projects with a team. I mainly design in Figma but I use Photoshop and Illustrator too when something needs more of an illustration or graphic design touch.
